Job Opening – Warm Omringd

Every child deserves a warm, safe, and healthy home. That's why Warm Omringd helps families build a strong network, so parents can catch their breath and children receive extra love and attention.

To make this possible, we are looking for dedicated team members to conduct home visits.

You will visit each family to share information about Warm Omringd and listen to their story. Afterwards, you will report your findings so we can create a profile and find the right match.

What do we ask of you?

• Experience with intake conversations, for example as a psychologist, social worker, or through another relevant background

• Strong empathy and understanding

• Comfort in connecting with people from all walks of life

• Living in the greater Ghent area and willing to travel

• Ability to see opportunities in building connections between people

• Initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset

• Flexibility – some weeks may be busier than others depending on family intake and schedules
